# 1.1 Introduction

FomoPad is an innovative decentralized asset issuance platform deployed on BNB Chain. It ensures fairness and transparency in token issuance through its "Win-Win Equilibrium Strategy." In each token launch, 30% of the tokens are publicly released by jointly adding liquidity, while the remaining 70% are gradually produced through LP mining.
