# Stake your tokens

Choose the token you want to stake. You can see the LP staking options at the bottom of the page.

Click "Stake", you can see the amount you can stake here. Enter the amount you wish to stake and click "Approve."

Enter the amount you wish to stake and click "Confirm Staking." Awaiting confirmation.

You can also choose to redeem tokens here, but the earlier you redeem, the higher the tax rate will be. Therefore, consider carefully.
