# 5.2 Binding Agreement

By accessing the Collection Interface, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of use. If you disagree, you agree not to use the Interface. Additionally, the Interface Provider bears no liability for any loss you may suffer from using the Interface.

You are also prohibited from using our site if:

* (A) You are under the legal age of 18 or contractual age;
* (B) You reside in a country where such use is illegal or restricted;
* (C) You are barred by law from accessing the site.

We may update the terms, with notices given by updating the "Last Updated" date or through other reasonable means. By continuing to use the site, you agree to adhere to the latest version of these terms.
