# 5.3 Access and Use of FomoPad

To access and use the FomoPad interface, you must connect your token wallet. You are fully responsible for the security of your wallet and should only use the private key you created to operate it. You must keep your private key confidential and take reasonable measures to prevent its disclosure to others.

If you use the FomoPad interface to launch tokens, you agree and commit to the following:

i) All content you upload to the site is your creation or ownership, and you confirm and guarantee that this content does not infringe on anyone's intellectual property rights; 

ii) The content does not contain obscene, hateful material, or content inciting violence against any individual or group; 

iii) You will not describe the tokens as being part of any activity or group that adds utility to them, which could imply long-term value for the token collection; 

iv) You will not interact with the site using automated or non-human means (such as bots, scripts, or otherwise); 

v) You will not bypass or disable security features of the site or its underlying blockchain networks or technology, nor will you attack the site or any of its underlying blockchain networks or technologies; 

vi) You will not introduce materials that are malicious or technically harmful to the site, its users, any underlying blockchain, or any related utilities or features of the site; 

vii) You will not attempt to deceive, defraud, manipulate, or mislead others, nor cause harm to others; 

viii) You will not disparage or damage the reputation of the site or its owners; 

ix) You will not share illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or offensive content; use third-party private information without consent; disclose confidential information without permission; or encourage or induce others to engage in prohibited or illegal activities; 

x) You will not use the site to engage in illegal activities or to circumvent any laws.

You acknowledge that once a token is created, neither you nor the interface provider can revoke its creation. However, the interface provider reserves the right to remove your tokens from visibility, priority, or integration with the FomoPad interface at any time for any reason.
